Mz Shorty P Named EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Jessica "Mz Shorty P" Abraham of Shorty Produkshins is named Executive Producer of five Summer Projects internationally released from the SandStreet Music/ Murphy Boyz Entertainment Label. Sands Street is also part of Bungalo/ Universal Music Group.

She was brought in by Five-Time Platinum Selling, Grammy Award Winners, Burn 'N' Bush AKA The Newton Twins to become the Executive Producer on this project. So, make sure you check out the following projects:

The Burn 'N' Bush Sessions with single release by Jazmine Sullivan.

Burn 'N' Bush are the brains and souls of this project. The Newton Twins are the embodiment of this production duo and at it again with the Burn 'N' Bush Sessions. Burn 'N' Bush is known primarily with the work they have done with Lauryn Hill, Nelly, Christina Aguilera, John Legend and other respected artists in the industry. They are also 5-time Platinum Grammy Award Winners.

Shorty Produkshins has moved into a new location, giving Shorty Produkshins a new home for a new studio. As you know, January 2006 marked the loss of the original Shorty's Playground due to bad judgement in partnership possibilities. Shorty Produkshins is starting from the ground up, yet with quite a few exciting new changes.

The new studio will be modelled a lot like the Altamonte Springs location, but will be kept more discreet, offering walk in clients a few features not offered in that location. Yes, there may be a fee to use just SOME of these new features, but for the most part... they will be included with your packaged deal. These features will not be disclosed on the website.

Shorty's Playground is in the process of being built, sound-proofed, and filled. "We have enough plug-ins and equipment now to get the job done to quality, but I'm trying to have my work pouring out top notch.

We will be using Shorty's Playground as a pre production studio and post house for the time being. But, I will outsource to a larger studio in the meantime to give you that perfect quality you desire," states Shorty P... the woman in charge!

Word will be out as to when the studio is ready to start accepting clients and give out this location to the public. Stay tuned for more details!

Anyways, upon the move of the label and selling of the Shorty's Playground studio in Orlando, FL, Shorty Produkshins and DJ Clove split ways. Well, as you know, the Reconquista is taken over the world STARTING in 2008. Ending? Neva!

You know that Mz Shorty P and DJ Clove are tighter than... Well, we don't know how they could even split to begin with. Now, the world is natural again.

Shorty Produkshins plans to "Put on for their DJ" for 2008 and beyond. This girl has been featured at a few Ozones and you know this chick is still knockin' them dudes out, hands down.. Both, literally and on the ones and twos.

Welcome home, Lupa! Or, should we say "Channing Carmada?" This boy changes his name more than his sentences... and BOY, has he been doing that a lot. If you didn't know, your boy was on lockdown for the past year. But, that's where we left you.

Cop his soon to be released "In the Presence of the Enemy," which hasn't been released yet because it still was a story unfolding. If you get the chance to hear this album, you will realize how "Snitchburgh" got him put house arrest.

From house arrest, Channing spent some time in prison, and eventually ended up in a halfway house for those getting "their lives back on track."

Well, this is time you should be happy for. Channing got a whole lot in store for those who are ready for something new and real. What's the reason for the name change? Well, let's just say the boy has been practicing them vocal skills!!!

As you may be aware, Shorty Produkshins in the process of starting a semi-new form of promoting not onlyShorty P artists, but also affiliate artists and labels.

Yes, Mz Shorty P has been known in the industry and in society as Li'l Shorty since 1997, Shorty and Shorty P since 2004 and Mz Shorty P as of 2007. Well, as people rise up and take what's not theirs, so must the original Shorty. Notice all these Shawty Lo's, Shawty Put's, Li'l Shorty, Shorty Red, and even Shorty P. She must separate herself.

Only, Shorty found a name that will suit her to the fullest. As woman of Arab descent, Shorty realized that her heritage of Syrian roots have the history of Trading.

Those in this category were the bind (other than the Moors.. who were also many of Syrian backgrounds) between the French, Portuguese, and Spanish and why they are very similar in appearance and culture. BUT, she also realized her people were once Egyptian.

As you may notice, Shorty Produkshins and Mz Shorty P have always showed love to the Egyptian culture for it's elegance and the pride of her Arab blood. She has always been captivated by such, even naming her pets after goddesses and gods of Ancient Egyptian society.

Well, as pop culture devoured her only Americanized titling and name, Shorty decided to go full blown into her roots. She also realized that the age of 22 has brought her many successes, changes and has evolved her into a new woman. She is no longer a child, yet she is still a beautiful, elegant young woman full of sass and class. She has found the name that will suit her, yet YOU will have to wait for the unveiling!
